Searching for genes(s) or transcripts(s)

To search for one or more genes of interest please use search form on this page. You can use the following search options:

• Type official gene symbol (not case sensitive) and select species
• Type several gene symbols/EntrezIDs/RefSeq accessions separated by spaces and/or commas. You can also type one item per line
• Copy a list of gene symbols/EntrezIDs/RefSeq accession from text or Excel file and paste them in the search box
• If you are not sure about the official gene symbol try using the search box on top of the page (case sensitive)
• You can search for RefSeq accession(s) with or without version number at the end. In case if you do not provide version number the search results will contain all the known versions for a particular accession.
